Guided Meditations with Adyashanti​

Adyashanti teaches a meditation, like Ramani Maharshi and Eckhart Tolle, that one be present and allow all experience to be as it is.
     
​Below are guided meditations which are quite interesting.  Have an open mind and simply listen and observe. However, you add one more step which is the 6Rs, the relax step.

​     If you observe tension, not only in your body but your mind, then relax it. Let it go. Recognize it is there, Release it and Relax the tension. Also during these guided meditations have a little smile to uplift your mind.  Stay with it and be patient. And let it be! Relax into hindrances that arise.
